Yes. You can request permanent account closure via the Responsible Gaming tab in Account Settings by selecting the permanent self-exclusion option, or by contacting our support team directly. The minimum deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash is Rs 200. Via NayaPay, SadaPay and IBFT the minimum is Rs 500. Visa/Mastercard deposits have a minimum of Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit set by SlotsPK, though your bank or wallet provider may have their own transaction limits.

Yes. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. Submit a clear photo of your CNIC through the verification portal in Account Settings. Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. You only need to complete this once – all subsequent withdrawals process without additional document submission.

SlotsPK follows an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to go back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
